One your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@steezyshades.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
